Worked for first few bulk texts with only 93 recipients. Now for the past month it keeps saying message send failure. So now the app is worthless and I wasted my money. Wish there was support

I had many many templates on this & have sent 3 emails to find out what in the world happened to all of these templates. I have removed, re added, turned off my iPad, iphone6. And I have yet to receive any response to find out what is wrong with it. I have been using this for some time, & this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened!

Good day, Ive been using your app for a while it worked perfectly till the month of April 2016 when I noticed that it is disappearing from the home screen whenever I click on the app. Im not able to use your app ive paid for it and have used it quite a bit in the past but now I have no luck to get it to work. If you have any recommendations please let me know.

Finally, though, an app that lets me reliably send short texts to 40+ people. I could ask for laser light shows and dancing bears to enhance it, but as long as I can send short texts to a group of recipients, Id say dont change it much.

Was not nearly as user friendly as reviews led me to believe. Group me was what I ended up using and found to be easy and free.

As a planning section chief for a disaster response team and scout leader, being able to communicate is critical to being successful. I use the app daily to keep my scout parents on track for their scouts advancements. The app is straight forward so I have never had to use support so I cannot speak to that.

How do I get my money back. I have 68 contacts in a group. (Which I had to create in iCloud as the app wont seem to let me create any groups) When I create a message, it only shows that it will send to five of those contacts. Then when I send, I get a message failure notification. Over it.

I dont like to pay for any apps. But this one has saved me so much time and is easy to use and set up.
