App or Carrier?

I have been using this app for a short time I am not sure if it is the application itself or the carrier United States Cellular. I send out over 100 text per day for business often many people say they never got the text. If I send a group of 100 texts at once I usually have to wait 10 to 20 minutes before I can send any other texts out or it seems to stop sending the rest of the text prior. It is more convenient because I can send out 100+ at once rather than 20 at a time from my iPhone. Ill keep using it and try to figure out the best way to send these messages if that means I cant use my phone for 20 minutes for anything because sitting 20 messages at a time is a real pain in the butt.
